Recruitment Administrator

DRIFT Offshore are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen.

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with and support the Recruitment and Operations teams.

Daily duties include but not limited to –

  • Manage Operations mailbox
  • Regular communication with candidates to maintain availabilities
  • Database management
  • Offshore certification checks
  • Process appraisals from offshore workers
  • Support with setting up DRIFT training courses
  • Resourcing candidates using social media and referrals
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Contract preparation
  • Create company CVs
  • Any additonal ad-hoc duties as required
